PHYS 102. GENERAL PHYSICS II – ENGINEERING. A survey of the fundamental principles of electric fields and potentials, circuit theory, magnetism, Maxwell’s equations, light, interference, and diffraction. Three lectures and one lab per week. Prerequisite: Physics 101. Corequisite: Mathematics 162. Spring semester, four hours.
