NURS 446. NURSING LEADERSHIP SEMINAR. 8-week The purpose of the course is to introduce both nursing clinical leadership associated with management and leadership that can be developed and implemented at the bedside; both which emphasize the patient and the health care team. Additional topics will include leadership qualities and styles, accountability, self-care, professional development, and management structures. Corequisite: Nursing 447. Spring semester online, three hours.
