Description
MNGT 311. NEGOTIATION. This course is designed to introduce students to the primary approaches to negotiation (integrative and distributive); teach students how to plan for a negotiation and improve a student’s confidence in carrying out a negotiation. Students completing this course will be well equipped to conduct professional and personal negotiations in a manner consistent with a biblical worldview. There is a significant emphasis on role-play activities in this course. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing. Three hours.
