MECE 416. SURVEY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS. A survey of the technical and social aspects of alternative and renewable energy systems. Topics include hydropower, wind energy, solar power, biomass, fuel cells and hydrogen economy, nuclear power, and geothermal and ocean energy. Prerequisite: Mechanical Engineering 326. Spring semester only, three hours.
