Description

MECE 303. COMPUTER-AIDED MANUFACTURING. Introduction to computer-aided manufacturing using Creo CAD/CAM software. Students will learn to program CNC machine tools, including three axis mills, lathes, and wire EDM machines, as well as basic pattern and mold design for sand casting, injection molding, and vacuum forming. Prerequisite: Mechanical Engineering 107 and 109. Three hours.
