320. STAGE DIRECTION. Theories and techniques of directing plays for the stage. Principles of play analysis, blocking, characterization, and rhythm are studied. The student will direct laboratory scenes, prepare production scripts, do script analyzes, and produce an extended scene. Prerequisite: Communication 251. Fall semester only, three hours.
