BUSA 436. CAPITAL MARKETS. This course focuses on the techniques and sources for raising funds to finance the business. It examines the choices to be made between the different forms of borrowing, including structure terms, conditions and relevant costs. The course also focuses on the risk characteristics of the business and the relationship between the business and its investors. Prerequisites: Business 301 and 432. Semester course, three hours.
