BUSA 307. TEAMS AND TEAM LEADERSHIP. This course provides the student with team-building skills, team dynamics, and a team-oriented problem-solving methodology within the context of the Deming management philosophy. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing. Semester course, three hours.
