Description

BUSA 203. PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT. An introductory study of the fundamental elements of management leadership. The course addresses not only the general management functions of decision-making, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling but also the related topics of information systems, the value chain, and organizational politics. The traits and behaviors of effective managers and leaders are emphasized. Management themes are considered with particular focus on the changing business environment and the application of Christian principles. Semester course, three hours.
