BIBL 342. BIBLICAL COUNSELING. This course equips the student with pastoral care and counseling methods and skills within a ministry context, including counseling various generations (children, youth, adults, and family). It covers an overview of psychological disorders, adolescent and family developmental and crisis issues, pre-, inter-, and post-marital counseling, family counseling, and methods of spiritual direction. Alternate years, three hours.
