Description

PHYE 112. FITNESS AND WELLNESS II- WOMEN. Students will participate in physical activity labs to promote a personal responsibility for one?s health and wellness. Each student will complete a fitness appraisal targeting overall physical fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility. Prerequisite: Physical Education 111. Spring semester only, one hour.
