MNGT 103. PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT. An introduction to the theory and practice of management. Students are introduced to management history, ethics, global issues, and other challenges. The four basic managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are explored in detail. Throughout, attention is given to a Christian perspective on these topics. Semester course, three hours.
