Description
EXER 403. PRINCIPLES OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. This course will serve as preparation for students who will be taking the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification exam given by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prerequisite: Exercise Science 304 and 307. Fall semester only, three hours.
