ENGR 217. MECHATRONICS II. An introduction to the field of mechatronics for Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineering majors. Topics include sensors and instrumentation, power electronics and motor drives, actuators and motion systems, and digital control using sensor feedback. Prerequisites: Engineering 216 or Electrical Engineering 201. Spring semester only, three hours.
