Description

ELEE 421. CONTROL THEORY. Fundamental theory and applications of feedback control systems using both Laplace Transform and state-space techniques. Topics include modeling of mechanical and electrical systems, transient response, steady-state error, subsystem reduction, stability, and root locus. Computer simulation and hands-on projects included. Prerequisite: Electrical Engineering 321. Fall semester only, three hours.
