Description

ECON 402. LAW AND ECONOMICS. An economic analysis of law’s traditional categories: property, tort, contract, and criminal. This course will follow the outline of traditional courses in law and economics but will also devote time to the critiques that have been leveled against law and economics. Prerequisite: Economics 101 or 120. Alternate fall semesters only, three hours.
