Description
CHEM 114. GENERAL CHEMISTRY LAB II. Students will continue to refine lab skills begun to develop in Chemistry 113. They will be exposed first-hand to concepts from Chemistry 112 including kinetics, acid-base behavior, electrochemistry and enthalpy of reaction. A working knowledge of the following instruments will also be expected by the end of the semester: bench top GC, pH data probes, digital multimeter and Spectronic 20. Prerequisite: Chemistry 113. Pre- or Corequisite: Chemistry 112.Spring semester only, one hour.
