Description
BUSA 486. BUSINESS POLICY AND STRATEGY. This business capstone course addresses senior management?s development and implementation of an organization?s mission and strategy. Emphasis is placed on how enterprises use their strengths to take advantage of opportunities in their competitive marketplace. Global competition and international markets are also addressed. This course satisfies the Speaking Intensive (SI) requirement in the major. Limited to seniors in the Departments of Accounting and Business only. Semester course, three hours.
