BUSA 475. LEADERSHIP. A study of historical and current perspectives on leadership with emphasis on leadership theories; Christian principles in leadership; leadership in the new international economy; the attributes of effective contemporary business leaders; development of leadership skills; and case studies of current and past leaders. Prerequisites: Business 203 and junior or senior standing. Semester course, three hours.
