BUSA 457. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. This course examines the principles, policies and practices of human resources important for being an effective manager in today?s organizations. Human resource topics include EEOC and legal guidelines, recruitment, selection, training, compensation, employee appraisal, and discipline systems. Prerequisite: Business 203 and junior or senior standing. Fall semester only, three hours.
