Description
BUSA 434. INVESTMENT VALUATION. This course focuses on the procedures and tools necessary to determine the intrinsic value of securities and analyzes the performance of securities according to recognized benchmarks. It examines the risk and return characteristics of equity, fixed income and derivative instruments. Students will perform fundamental and technical analysis in determining investment value. Prerequisite: Business 432. Spring semester only, three hours.
