BUSA 419. CONSUMER BEHAVIOR. An examination of consumer decision processes in the marketplace, emphasizing the effects of external factors such as culture, subcultures, reference groups, demographics, and social status; the effects of internal factors such as motivation, personality, learning, emotion, and attitudes; the steps in the decision process; and differences between individual and organizational buyers. Prerequisite: Business 204 and junior or senior standing. Spring semester only, three hours.
