BIOL 499. HONORS IN BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH. Seniors who have shown special aptitude in biology may undertake supervised biological research. Registration for the honors course requires prior completion of an on- or off-campus research experience. A research paper is required, and a public presentation is encouraged. Prerequisite: Senior standing, permission of the department chair, and a faculty sponsor. Semester course, one hour.
