Description

412. BIOPHYSICS. Course that adopts a biophysical approach to describe interactions of biological macromolecules with emphasis on protein folding, binding, and kinetics. Additional topics include theory behind important biotechnologies such as spectroscopy and crystallography. Biophysical literature and application of computer technology as a learning tool will be emphasized. Prerequisite: permission of instructor. Spring semester only, two hours.
