Description

BIOL 346. HUMAN/MAMMALIAN PHYSIOLOGY. A study of the cellular basis for vertebrate organ system function with emphasis on human physiology. Systems discussed include muscle, nervous, endocrine, reproductive, urinary, digestive and cardiopulmonary. Laboratory exercises will utilize physiology simulations, problem sets and hands-on investigation. Three lectures and one lab per week. Prerequisite: Biology 234. Spring semester only, four hours.
