BIBL 100. SCRIPTURE, TEXT, AND CANON. This course explores the historical and theological dimensions of canon formation, the contributions of textual criticism to biblical interpretation, as well as different conceptions of the inspiration of Scripture to provide students with a solid foundation for understanding Scripture historically and theologically. This course is designated Information Literacy (IL). Three hours.
